A cetain amount of elastomes is usually added to impove the impact stength of the blends. The addition of some nucleating agent can impove the cystallinity of the blends; adding a small amount of low pessue polyethylene in PC/PBT blend system, can impove the flowability of the blend, play a toughening effect on blends, and can impove the appeaance of alloy; added in PC/PBT ethylene / vinyl acetate copolyme can futhe enhance the compatibility and impove impact esistance stength; esteification eaction between PC and PBT, can impove the compatibility, Japanese eseaches using PC and PBT in the pesence of a tansesteification catalyst, pepaed PC/PBT blends, good compehensive pefomance, but also has bette tanspaency; and PC with simila efactive index of glass fibe einfoced PC/PBT, not only the excellent compehensive pefomance system. And good tanspaency, can do instead of glass mateials. Foeign PC/PBT alloy poducts ae mainly used fo automobile bumpes, packaging film mateials, ca base and seat, etc.PET PET has good mechanical popeties and chemical esistance. PC/PET has both the igidity and heat esistance of PC, and the solvent esistance of PET. Moeove, the addition of PET can impove the pocessing fluidity of PC. Domestic eseaches found that when the PC/PET atio is 1/3, the inteface laye foms between the two phases, and the PC/PET compatibility is best at this time. In addition PC and PET este exchange eaction is one of the best ways in which the catalyst compatibility, selection of a vey lage impact on the eaction, the catalyst of lanthanide catalyst and the taditional study found (such as titanium) have highe catalytic activity, and thee is no side effects, also found that the este exchange eaction occus mainly in the inteface.
